Emily Shackelton | Album Photo Shoot

This incredibly talented, beautiful girl, Emily Shackelton has a gift for writing songs that will pull at anyone’s heart strings! Her most recent song writing accomplishments include pinning two tunes on Sara Evan’s most recent album, “Gotta Have You” and a duet with The Fray‘s, Isaac Slade “Can’t Stop Loving You.” Both “Gotta Have You” and “Can’t Stop Loving You” cut on Sara Evan’s most recent album, ‘Slow Me Down’ are co-written by fun friends of mine, the silly and talented, Phil Barton and gorgeous Victoria Banks published by Liz Rose Music.

Just prior to receiving cuts on Sara Evan’s recent ‘Slow Me Down’ album, Emily Shackelton wrote “Love Like Mine” for ABC Nashville’s Juliette Barnes / Hayden Panettiere. Kelly Archer and Justin Weaver are also writers on “Love Like Mine” with Emily Shackelton.

All that said, I had the awesome honor of photographing Emily’s personal album, ‘Late Bloomer.’ We had an amazing photo shoot, perfect sun-lit morning and created absolutely beautiful images to match Emily’s amazing songs!
